Aliya's 4th Birthday!

Aliya turned 4 on Sunday, Dec. 9.  She had a great day and topped it off with a birthday party at Chuck E Cheese.  Several of her friends from church and school were able to come and help her celebrate.  She loved it!  All day she kept telling us that it's her birthday and she was going to have a birthday party.  We can't believe it's been four years since this amazing little bundle of joy came into our lives, and we can't imagine life without her.  Happy Birthday Aliya!  We love you!

Abuela visits

Roberto's mom came to visit in October (I'm a bit behind in updating the blog).  The kids had fun playing with her.  Here's a few pics from her visit.

Halloween

For Halloween Aliya was Ariel and Bryaden was Captain America or he likes to say a "super hero".  The kids went Trick or Trunking at daycare one night after schol and also went Trick or Treating around the neighborhood on Halloween.  They had so much fun!

York Fair

We had a fun family day at the York Fair in September.  The kids had fun driving the tractors, going on rides and eating fair food.

Family Vacation

At the end of August we headed out to Williamsburg, Va. and went to Busch Gardens and Water Country USA for a few days and then went down to the Outer Banks for the rest of the week. At the Outer Banks we stayed with our friends who have two little girls in a house they rented.  It was a great trip.  Here's a few pics from our family vacation.

We saw a cute show at Sesame Land in Busch Gardens with Abby and all of her friends.

Water Country USA had lots of great areas for kids to spash around and get wet.  They loved it!

Brayden was exhausted by the end of the day.

They have kiddie bumper cars at Busch Gardens and the kiddos loved them.  Aliya did great driving the cars around, but Brayden struggled a bit.  It was very cute to watch them driving their little cars.

We went to the Outer Banks aquarium and saw lots of fish, turtles and sharks.  There was even a place where you could dig for sharks teeth, which was pretty neat.

Tired little boy after a great day.

The Outer Banks beaches are beautiful.  The kids had a lot of fun playing in the water and the sand.  They were a little afraid of the waves at first, but after awhile they were having fun floating in the ocean.

At the aquarium the kids were turtle scientists.
