Niagara Falls/Visiting the Bodi Family

We went up to Niagara Falls and Springville, New York for the weekend with the Schreibers. Lisa's parents were kind enough to let us stay at their house. We had a great time checking out the sights. At night after the kiddies went to bed, the adults busted out the board games. Partini is my new favorite game. Too Bad the girls ended up losing the rubber match, but we'll win next time!

We drove up on Friday night and on Saturday we went to a kids museum. Aliya and Mae really seemed to enjoy the museum. Some parts of it they were a little too young for, but overall it was a really fun day.

Then on Sunday we went to Niagara Falls. Thank you Barb and John Bodi for watching the kiddies so the adults could see the falls. The falls are beautiful, but it was very cold. It's a good thing the kids weren't there, it was too cold for them. Then we had some excitement at the border on our way back into the U.S. For some reason, we all had to get out of the car and go into the building so the board patrol could check our ids. After a minor delay we were back in the car and on our way again. It was a great weekend!

Our little tourist is practicing for her next trip to the Falls. She takes after her mom and already likes the camera.
After checking out the falls we stopped at Anchor Bar in Buffalo, which is the home of chicken wings. I have to admit the wings were really, really good.

The Falls were beautiful!

Horseshoe Falls. What a beautiful sight!

Jeb and Lisa in front of the Falls.

It's official, we're in Canada. We were only in Canada for a couple of hours, but it was still pretty cool.

The girls had fun coloring on the wall at the museum.

Lisa is playing with the girls before they went to bed.

Fun with rice!

I had fun playing at the museum, too. Who says an 8 months plus, preggo can't hula hoop? It's fun to play with the kiddies and act like one, too.

Mae had fun going down the slide.
Aliya loved crawling through the tunnel.

Aliya is practicing her painting skills.

34 weeks

D-day is getting closer and closer! We are looking forward to meeting you, sprouty.

15 Months

Aliya is 15 months old and running all over the house. She is so playful and loves her toy box. She likes it so much that she climbs in it so she can play with all of her toys all at once.

She made her own sign this month.

Springtime!

It was a beautiful spring day and Aliya and I went for a walk down the street and played outside. She had a great time picking up grass and dirt and pushing her lion down the sidewalk.
